Our roots are in community engagement. It's where we started and is the keystone of the projects we manage. Urban Systems Design works with clients and the communities they serve to provide inclusive participation in planning and delivering green infrastructure projects. Whether developing an environmental and social justice plan to help guide staff working in underserved communities or leading a community visioning workshop in a multi-lingual neighborhood, our approach is based on engaging all community members equally.
